There is something special about watching theatre come alive onstage—feeling your heart skip a beat, a smile come on your face, laughter, tears, and more. The holiday season is a great time to sneak in some great performances—perhaps during a night on the town or simply to get you into the holiday spirit.
The Middlebury Community Players was founded in 1959 and has been presenting two to four plays every year for the community of Middlebury, VT. Musicals, comedies, and dramas are put on by truly talented actors, directors, technicians, and production personnel from Addison County and beyond. Two long-time favorites are making their rounds to our community this year and both are must-sees if you enjoy theatre.
November 6-9 & 13-16, 2014
This energetic show has an original script by Kathleen Walls and Kevin Commins based on the Charles Dickens novel. It is a moving show with memorable songs—some original pieces and of course the standard Tchaikovsky moments that make this an amazing production.
